To support financial services entities to establish operations in Dubai, the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), in partnership with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), Nasdaq Dubai, Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Al Tamimi & Company, has published the Dubai Financial Services Unified Guidebook.

The Guidebook simplifies the business setup and licensing process through clear and actionable steps. It aims to help businesses take the first step in capitalising on the opportunities Dubai offers in the financial services sector.

The Guidebook also provides key insights into Dubai’s evolving financial services ecosystem and pro-innovation regulatory approach, which aims to make it easier for businesses to operate in the financial services sector.

The initiative aligns with the objectives of the D33 Economic Agenda and reflects Dubai’s commitment to enabling business growth in the financial services sector.
