If you don't already have a business registered in Dubai, you'll need one to apply for the hotel incentive. Start the process now through the IID portal , or at a government service centre .

Confirm your planned development is in one of the designated areas eligible for the initiative.

Register your development

Complete the normal registration process for new tourist accommodation, including submission of all required documents and approvals.

When you’re ready, call Dubai DET on +971 600 55 55 59 for details about how to apply for the hotel incentive. Remember the tourist accommodation must be open to the public within three years of the date of application.

Dubai hotel incentive scheme

New tourist accommodation in designated areas of Dubai will be reimbursed 100% of Dubai Municipality fees on rooms and the Tourist Dirham for the first two years of operation.
